Nurse Call Support System is an additional system that can help hospitals to improve the quality of service in patient care. This product comes from Caretronic, Slovenia and is called NurseCare. Technology NurseCare equipped with IP System and Bluetooth to track location if the patient is outside the patient's room (e.g. undergoing therapy or taking a walk with family who come).

Nurse Call IP System

Equipped with a wireless or wired calling system. In the room there are indicator lights for calls, help, code blue, or handling indicators. Nurses are equipped with smart phone gadgets or RFID Badges in the form of watches to track the care given to patients (medicine, treatment, duration, cleaning, etc.).

Digital (Health)Care Documentation

Provides the ability for hospitals to measure the time required to assist, clean (room/patient), or maintain the room. Equipped with Software Solution or Planner to remind nurses with activity checklists.

Patient Entertainment System

The system is a touch screen that can be used to call nurses, telephone, internet, smart room control (IoT), games, and get other information. This system is also accompanied by an Infotab that can be used by patient relatives to track patient care.

Advanced Reporting System

Provides the ability to measure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) from nurses. Our system is able to measure the number of calls, night checks, incident trends, response time, time with patients, deviation from expectations, staff performance, and other data. CarePhone

Fall Prevention System

The system to prevent patients from falling out of bed uses bed sensors and terminals or controllers. These sensors are located under the bed without direct interaction with the patient, so they are more durable.

RTLS and Dementia System

A system to help track patients with dementia. The system consists of a door sensor that can track patients entering and leaving the room and a bracelet that can track the patient's whereabouts in the hospital and is equipped with an emergency call.
